Processing, tracking, delivery estimates, address accuracy, international charges, and shipment issues.
Processing
Orders are generally prepared within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Pre-order, personalized, bulky, or high-volume orders may take longer where stated.
Rates and estimates
Available delivery methods, charges, and estimated windows are shown at checkout where supported. Estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Tracking
Tracking is provided after dispatch when available. The first scan may take 2–5 business days to appear. Items in one order may ship separately.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Corrections cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
International delivery
Customs review, duties, taxes, brokerage charges, battery restrictions, or local import rules may apply. Unless checkout states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for destination charges.
Damage or loss
For a damaged parcel, contact service@jorenqia.com with clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and outer carton. Keep all materials while the case is reviewed.
Delivered but missing
Check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, reception, and carrier notice. Contact the carrier, then contact us promptly if the parcel remains missing.
